Subscription Policy

OrganoLeaf subscriptions are designed to provide convenient, recurring delivery of your selected products. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing based on your chosen delivery frequency.

Billing & Shipping

Subscription orders are billed automatically prior to each shipment. Products are shipped according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect.

Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
